30-Day Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, several types of goods are strictly exempt from being returned:
- Opened supplements, vitamins, or nutritional powders
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods (such as worn apparel or undergarments)
- Gift cards and downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@athletefactorylb.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to our Ain Remmaneh Branch. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
